The company’s commitment to sustainability is at the core of our corporate values, and the integrated design process for sustainable solutions is interwoven into all KEO projects.

On staff, we have highly experienced sustainability managers, engineers, ecologists, building physicists, infrastructure analysts, and other sustainability professionals. All members of KEO’s sustainability team are certified to facilitate compliance with select international standards and codes for sustainability (Estidama, LEED, GSAS, BREEAM, etc.).

This team implements a variety of services to ensure quantitative sustainability improvements are realized during a project. This is achieved through benchmarking and measuring techniques using KEO proprietary software, and advanced thermal modeling tools like IES and Ecotect. In addition to the specific technical expertise of the staff, KEO Sustainability has also provided policy drafting and institutional framework services to major government entities and regulators.
